At Xperience Media LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. As a service-based business, our offerings are primarily digital and custom in nature, which means certain refund and return limitations apply.

1. Digital Services

Our services include (but are not limited to) web design, development, CMS setup, SEO, and marketing solutions. Due to the nature of digital service delivery:

  • All payments made for completed services are final and non-refundable.

  • If a project is in progress and the client chooses to cancel, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed and expenses incurred at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed milestones or approved work.

2. Deposits & Upfront Payments

  • Deposits and upfront payments for services are used to secure time and resources. These are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If you cancel before any work has started, we may consider refunding a portion of the deposit depending on the circumstances.

3. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive to meet your expectations through clear communication and review stages.

  • Reasonable revisions are included as part of most service packages. If you’re unsatisfied with an aspect of our work, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

  • We do not issue refunds due to a change of mind after work has started or been delivered.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments.

  • Accidental overcharges.

  • Unforeseen inability on our part to deliver the agreed service.

All such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction.
